Brahma Naidu Vella

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Brahma is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rofous. He brings to Rofous, his long and cherished expertise in Product Development, Quality Engineering and Presales.

Prior to the start of Rofous, he worked with Aztecsoft (Disha Technologies) as Deputy General Manager. There, he was managing Microsoft and Google accounts. He drove channel presales and technical strategy. He also helped in closing and managing key accounts. He enjoys the credit of opening Hyderabad center for Disha in April 2004, and building a strong team of over 250 members, by 2006.

Earlier, he was employed at Center Research Laboratory, New Delhi, India as a Member of Technical Staff. There, he was involved in developing user interface module for the Indian Navy's warship project. Later at Canon, New Delhi, India, he was handling the development of Printer Drivers for Canon Tokyo, Japan. Brahma was also associated with Microsoft (Redmond, USA), where he worked on Device Driver Development Kit assignments.

Brahma did his Masters in Computer Science & Engineering at National Institute of Technology, Allahabad, India and had his Bachelors in Computer Science & Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, India. Brahma is an avid reader and an academic ranker. He stood as the topper of the University in his Graduation. And in Masters he won the University's Gold Medal.

Ravi Velagapudi

Co-Founder & President

Ravi Velagapudi is the Co-Founder and President of Rofous Inc and also board member. He jointly carries the overall responsibility of Sales and Strategy worldwide. Ravi has been instrumental in building and guiding Rofous as Next Generation Software services Organization. He played a key role in establishing relations with Fortune 100 clients. Prior to Rofous, Ravi held senior executive positions at Innova Solutions VP Business Develpment from 2000 to 2006 with successful track record in getting key clients on board. Ravi was SVP heading Package implementation services, when Innova was bought by Ness Technologies (Nasdaq NSTC) in 2006 with a team size of 700 People word wide. Prior to Innova, Ravi was founder and president of Technosolv in India, a product company with a flagship product Uptime, which added great value prop to manufacturing and process Industry. He has great passion for green initiatives and is actively associated with the Global warming Initiatives. Ravi holds Bachelor of Engineering degree from Karnataka University. He is married with two kids and in his free time spends time with family and enjoys doing gardening.

Rodrick Ang

Vice President - Datacenter Practice

Rodrick Ang has more than 20 years of experience in Professional Services serving clients all around the world. He joined Rofous in June 2009 and is Vice President of the Datacenter Practice. In this role, he owns and drives the growing Professional Services for Datacenter business globally. The emphasis is on “greener” datacenters – helping customers make their datacenters more efficient, effective and at the same time reduce carbon footprint. Most recently, Rodrick was the COO for Sun Professional Services Sales globally, in charge of all Operations. He has also worked for the Sun Client Solutions group and Professional Services APAC group in Operations functions. He started his career with Oracle Consulting Group for 10 years as their Managing Principal, specialized in both the Functional and Technical aspect on Oracle Applications (Financials and Manufacturing) Suites. He implemented/customized the suites for major Oracle clients all over the world. He then moved to Aspect Communications as their head of Consulting group for Asia Pacific, stationed in Singapore. Later, Rodrick was involved in a few startups focusing on Internationalization (I18N) and Localization (L10N) in the US. Rodrick holds a Master's degree in mechanical engineering from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Washington in the US.

Sanjay Kumar Singh

Vice President - Engineering

Sanjay Kumar Singh is the Vice President Engineering at Rofous with 12 years of experience in the field of building engineering team, project management, design, development and maintenance of software products. Sanjay Singh started his career with Expert Software Consultants in 1998 as a Software Engineer. In the first five years of his career he worked extensively on Linux platform developing solutions in the field of voice, fax, and email messaging and alert systems. In 2003 he shifted gear and joined Microsoft building enterprise application on SQL Server & .NET Platform. Apart from doing deep dives in the latest technologies and their innovative usage in projects, Sanjay is immensely passionate about quality – he is a trained PSP Engineer and has successfully led TSP projects in Microsoft.

He holds a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from NIT, Warangal and Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from NIT, Allahabad.

Anupama Ramabhadran

Vice President - Engineering

Anupama is the Vice President of Engineering (Strategic Services in Microsoft technologies) for the Redmond office of Rofous Inc. She brings her valuable experience in the disciplines such as QA Test engineering and management, Program management, Project Management, Release Management, Data Quality and Analysis. Anu currently manages the Rofous team in the Northwest that is working with Microsoft in the Windows live division.

Prior to joining Rofous in Oct 2008, she worked with Microsoft Corporation, Redmond, as a Senior Lead Program Manager. She spent about 10 years in the Microsoft IT (Business Unit IT) division in various groups such as the Marketing Platform & Services (MPS) Business Intelligence COE, Sales and support IT etc. She was one of the primary advocates behind the first consolidated reporting/BI platform for the MPS group. Her primary passion is Microsoft technologies and specifically in the areas of Data warehousing, Reporting and Business Intelligence. She program managed mission critical applications in the marketing platform that enable the marketers to run their multi-billion dollar business activities efficiently, effectively and on time. Her team was among the 15 teams that were rewarded and recognized by the VP of the marketing business (Microsoft) for cross group collaboration.

Between Oct 2008 and Dec 2009, she was also involved with various projects in the Business Intelligence and Customer Intelligence(BICI) team of Windows live division that serves the MSN/Windows Live/Bing business units.

Anu has a Ph.D. in Economics from Washington State University, Pullman and a Master’s degree in Econometrics and Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from India. She immensely enjoys listening to music, attending concerts and reading in her spare time along with raising 2 children !
